Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. I personally create, pack, and ship all orders myself. I really appreciate your understanding and patience.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout depending on the types of items you have in your cart.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately I cannot offer international shipping at this time.
How long will shipping take?
Untracked Letter mail 5-10 business days from shipping date
Tracked Package 5-8 business days from shipping date
Why is there no tracking on my package?
If you selected the 'Untracked Stamped Letter Mail' shipping option there will not be tracking available.
What is your return policy?
At the moment, all sales from Sarah Rain Illustration are final. However, if something in your order is damaged or missing, please reach out to me using the contact form or send an email to sarahrainillustration@gmail.com
Can I edit my order or shipping details?
If you would like to make changes to your order or have made a mistake, please contact me at sarahrainillustration@gmail.com within 48 hours.
Any changes after this time may not be available as the order will have already been processed.
